1. Holding your tongue (sublingual) up with your fingers, drop the instructed number of drops under the tongue.
2. Hold the tongue up with your fingers for 15 seconds to allow the drops to absorb into the blood vessels under the tongue.
3. Do not eat or drink anything for 15 minutes before or after using the drops. This interferes with absorption.
4. Notify the allergy department when you have only a slight amount of medication left in your bottle. Please call on Monday or Tuesday so your medication can be mixed and mailed on the following Wednesday. 

This is your dosage schedule. Use the same dose from each bottle.

• First Week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
  One drop
• Second Week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
  Two drops
• Third Week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
  Three drops
• Fourth week, and every week after, continue on three drops per day, Monday thru Friday, until you see the doctor or the allergy department sends you a different schedule.
