Suggested dosage:
Please start with a “normal dosage” to see how your body reacts to this pill.
If you have high blood pressure, please start with minimum dosage or less.
Everyone else start with normal dosage. New Customers must buy 60 pills (2 months) to start program, then monthly (30 pills). You MUST include a Magnesium/Potassium Aspartate supplement while taking this Lipo Advance pill. 

"minimum dosage": one capsule every other day with BREAKFAST. (1,0,1,0,1,0) – for anyone that is hyper about taking a pill or has high blood pressure or any other physical issues.

"normal dosage": once capsule every day with BREAKFAST (1,1,1,1,1,1) – for most everyone.

"dosage for difficult cases": once capsule one day, two capsules the next, one capsule the next day, then two capsules and so on (1,2,1,2) – for those that do not feel physically warmer after two weeks of one (1) daily pill with BREAKFAST, take one (1) pill in AM and the other pill with LUNCH.   Although there are no stimulants, these antioxidants are very powerful!!!

"dosage for people who want to get thin in a hurry" two capsules every day (2,2,2,2,2) but to get to this dosage you must first start at the “normal” dosage then increase it after two (2) weeks pass.  If you feel too warm or your breathing increases very rapidly, please use “dosage for difficult cases” and the longer you take it, the more it will work.

It may take 4-5 weeks of taking 1 pill every morning to start working although you might felt the “heat” after a few days.  This is a THERMAGENIC pill where the cumulative effect will product weight loss.  In otherwords,  you might not lose for 6 weeks, then step on the scale and have lost 6-10 lbs.

Please don’t forget to drink a V8 juice (lots of magnesium potassium aspartate) every day.  This will keep you from getting dehydrated….  A magnesium potassium aspartate (not gluconate) supplement is a MUST and lots of water because you will sweat.  Please be advised that you are taking this NON FDA cleared nutraceuticals product at your own risk.   The FDA still has to CLEAR the label so like any nutraceutical product it is consistent with the ingredients.
